What are our business hours?
Our operating hours are 7:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

What is your returns Policy?
If there are issues with our products, return it and get a refund or replacement stock. You need to tell us of issues within 7 days of receiving the product. Due to health regulations, any food product must be un-opened and have packaging/seals intact to be eligible for return. We do not refund/return based on personal taste, or any changes made to a manufacturers formula. Some of my stock received is in poor condition?
Take a photo, send it to [email protected] (We may ask you to send it back so we can improve our process, a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from refund if goods are not deemed to be faulty). You need to tell us of issues within 7 days of receiving the product. We'll either; Send you replacement stock OR we'll reimburse you for the stock you are not happy with. 

What are the freight costs?
Orders over $70 are shipped free within Australia.
Orders Under $70 incur a shipping fee. Our shipping fees start from $9.95 (Sydney).

Do you ship overseas?
We do not ship overseas.

Are you open to the public?
Yes we are. We offer wholesale pricing and bulk confectionery to the general public. However, we are online only and orders cannot be picked up from our warehouse.

How long is shipping time?
Shipping time is 2-10 working days, 2 working days for the Sydney Metropolitan area (excluding weekends & public holidays). Delivery times vary on the distance from Sydney. Orders will generally be dispatched within 24-48 hours. 

We can also send your order to a PO box. These orders can take up to two weeks to be dispatched, due to us having to reach a minimum number of parcels before they are picked up by Australia Post.

Do you have sample packs available?
At this stage we do not offer samples. However, you can order the BigLolly range in small sizes to test the product & if you want more you can order the bulk range of products.

Candy Care:

Product should not be left in an exposed position. e.g. In the Sun, outdoors etc. 
Maintain confectionery in a cool dry place. Temperatures below 50C and above 220C will result in chocolate blooming (going white).
Take responsibility for your own consumption. If the product has been heat affected do not eat it.
